Every MLM claims to have great and unique products with great health benefits and Stemtech is no different.

As usual, the products are quite expensive and you can find similar products at a much cheaper price. This is the common issue with most MLM companies their products are very expensive. There is no cost for advertisements so they need to offer at a cheaper price compared to others (open market).

When I did my research on the Stemtech product price I can find similar products on Amazon for a cheaper price with the same kind of benefits. Stemtech products are very expensive.

If we ask them they will say they offer high-quality products but the reality is they are offering high-priced products or overpriced products.

Expensive Products

Will you be interested in buying an expensive product when you can find similar products at a cheaper price?

Are you comfortable in promoting an expensive product to your friends and family members when there are similar products available at a cheaper price?

I believe your answers to the above questions are a big NO. Stemtech products are very expensive and no one likes to buy expensive products. When people realize they can find similar products at a cheaper price they won’t trust you anymore.

No Income Disclosure Statement (IDS)

With 12+ years in the market, I am wondering why there is NO income Disclosure statement. I am not able to find their income disclosure statement (IDS) on their site.

Are they trying to hide how much their Independent Business Partners are earning with them?

By seeing the IDS you can get a clear idea of how much people are making money and losing money with the MLM company. Unfortunately, Stemtech is hiding or not displaying this information which is not fair.

However, based on my research with many MLM companies most of their members are losing money instead of making money.

High Competitive Niche

There are 1000’s of MLMs in the Health and Wellness niche. There are millions of health and wellness products and the competition is very high. That too selling expensive products is really going to be a big challenge.

To Make More Money You Need To Recruit More People

Although you can make money by selling their products, you will make more money when you recruit more people and when you build your team. So the emphasis is more on recruiting and this is the case with almost all the MLMs.

You know what people will run by seeing you and then you will realize what is MLM because they will ask you to start with your friends and family members.

You Are Not In Control

MLM companies sell the dream and they claim you are your own boss but in reality, MLM distributors are commissioned employees disguised as entrepreneurs. You are not in control of your business if the MLM company shutdown or goes bankrupt.

You will lose everything and you need to start again from the beginning.

Filed Bankruptcy In 2017

As I mentioned before Stemtech filed Bankruptcy in 2017 at Florida Southern Bankruptcy Court under Chapter 11. In March 2018 they changed it to Chapter 7. This is not a good sign and I won’t join a company that filed Bankruptcy in the past. I don’t think it will be a wise thing to do.

Success Rate Is Very Low With The MLM Business Model

Not only with Stemtech with all the companies that use the MLM business model the success rate is very low.

A lot of people are losing or making very little money with the MLM business model. Only a small percentage of people will make a good income via the MLM business model.

I am not against the MLM business model and I am not saying you can’t earn money with MLM. All I am trying to say is the success rate with MLM is very less and many people fail with MLM business.

Among the 26% of people who made money nearly 14% made less than $420 a month (less than $5000 per year). So you can see a very less number of people make money via the MLM business model.

Often they are the people who joined when the company started and who have a big team under them and they are on the top of the ladder.
