Pro’s and Con’s
The Good:
→ In The Market For 8+ Years
→ Wide Range Of Products
→ 30-Day Unconditional Empty-Bottle Money Back Guarantee
The Bad:
→ No Income Disclosure Statement
→ Monthly Sales Requirements
→ Success Rate Is Very Low With The MLM Business Model
→ To Make More Money You Need To Recruit More People
→ Selling MLM Products Is Not Easy – Expensive Products
Is Touchstone Essentials A Pyramid Scheme?
No, Touchstone Essentials is not a pyramid scheme and they do have a wide range of products with a money-back guarantee.
Is Touchstone Essentials A Scam?
No, Touchstone Essentials is not a scam. They have a wide range of products. However, you can find some of my concerns below.
No Income Disclosure Statement
I am not able to find their Income Disclosure Statement.
With the help of the Income Disclosure Statement only we will be able to find how many people are making money with Touchstone Essentials and the percentage of people who are making money and losing money.
Unfortunately, we are not able to find that information that is a big red flag for me. They are in the market for 8+ years but not having an Income Disclosure Statement is a big concern.
Monthly Sales Requirements
I hate these Monthly Sales Requirements and it was a big headache for me when I was promoting MLM products (8 years back). Whether there is a need (demand) or not we need to buy the products in order to qualify for the monthly commissions.
With Touchstone Essentials, you need to maintain the required PV (100 PV, roughly $100) to keep your account active. You need to sell $100+ worth of products or you need to buy them yourself.
Selling MLM Products Is Not Easy
You know very well the competition in selling health and wellness products. There are 1000’s of companies competing with each other and this is a crowded niche.
So selling MLM products is not an easy task. On the other hand, to speak the truth if we start to promote MLM products or MLM business opportunities people are trying to run because of the bad reputation of the MLM business model.
I am not saying the MLM business model is bad or illegal. But people are afraid of the MLM business model so selling products is not going to be an easy task.
Also, the products are going to be expensive and people can buy the same kind of products at a cheaper price.
Often promoting MLM products to our friends and family jeopardized their relationships.
Success Rate Is Very Low With The MLM Business Model
For sure Touchstone Essentials is not a scam and has good products. They use the MLM business model and even with the popular and genuine MLM companies many people are earning very little and losing money.
Only very few people make good money with the MLM business model. That’s the reason I often say the success rate is very low with the MLM business model. Newbies and people on the bottom of the ladder lose their money.
Not only with Touchstone Essentials with the companies that are using the MLM business model the success rate is very low.
For more information, you can read my post “Network Marketing vs Affiliate Marketing – Pros And Cons“.
I am not against the MLM business model and I am not saying you can’t earn money with MLM. All I am trying to say is the success rate with MLM is very less and many people fail with MLM business.
Among the 26% of people who made money nearly 14% made less than $420 a month (less than $5000 per year). So you can see a very less number of people make money via the MLM business model.
Often they are the people who joined when the company started and who have a big team under them and they are on the top of the ladder.
To Make More Money You Need To Recruit More People
In order to make more money, you need to recruit more people and build your team. After a certain period of time, you need to depend on your team for your growth.
Advantage Pack – $659
You need to be on their expensive pack that is Advantage Pack – $659 to earn more money.
With other plans, you will get only a 25% referral bonus but if you are with Advantage Pack you will earn a commission for level 2 (10%) and level 3 (5%).
This will make you go with their expensive package or your uplines will push you to do the same.
Thanks for reading my review post!
If you are interested to learn about Affiliate Marketing from scratch, I can help you.
- No need to go out looking for prospects
- No need to bother your friends and family members
- No need to talk to people
- No face to face selling
- No upline pressure
- No need to achieve your targets to qualify for the commissions
- No need to make a big investment
- No need to buy the products
- No need to attend meetings and bring people to the meetings

Your Friend,
I have read some previous reviews on touch stone and they offer real essential products on Hemp Oil, Daily Detox, Everyday Nutrition, Greens, Energy, Heart and so much more. although i would not like to engage in their ML program. thank you very much for this article. it is really helpful
Thanks for your time and success is rare with any MLM business model.
I have had many positive reviews on touchstone in a short time and their products has proven to be very effective. i am not a fan of MLM business however because i feel like there is just too much work to do, especially if you do not have a really wide range of people to reach out to. thank you
Yes, without experience and a big team it will be really hard to succeed with the MLM business model. I am also not a fan of the MLM business model.
Helo Thanks for this amazing review on touchstone essentials. The platform is really cool for me, their membership fee is pretty Fair but I think their rating is not really encouraging but never the less it’s ok. But I am majorly concerned with fact that their earning plans are not stated anywhere. It would have been more nice it had been their earning boka s was stated.
I always prefer to read the income disclosure statement because it will give us the details on how many people are making how much money. Although they are in the market for a while and not having the income disclosure statement is not a good sign.
Hi Paul
I think Touchstone essentials are in a great market niche and their experience in marketing is quite well established. But the big issue is that they do not publish their compensation plan. I would like to know how much I can make before deciding to join a business, it is completely normal.
I think they should do a better job by disclosing the payment plan and maybe I would be interested because their products are good and can help a lot of people in need.
Thanks
