One Important Thing I Noticed On Some Review Posts

Doing your research is the best way to find legit and genuine programs and stay away from scams.

Nowadays, people base their decision on other’s review posts. Unfortunately, not all the review posts are genuine some people write positive and biased review posts of all the products they promote.

However, some people write a genuine and unbiased review post, so you need to be careful when you base your decision by reading review posts.

Some Of The Things I Like About iBuumerang

Below you can find the things I like about iBuumerang…

Training

When I checked on the iBuumerang YouTube channel I can see 400+ videos available and many videos are providing training on network marketing.

New Company

Often you might have heard that in order to make good money with the MLM business model you need to join the company in the initial period and iBuumerang is less than 3 years old.

Some Of The Things I Don’t Like About iBuumerang

Below you can find the things I don’t like about iBuumerang…

Lawsuit And Complaints

As I mentioned before it is always advisable to check on the founder’s history and it will tell provide you with helpful information on whether to join the company or not. While doing research on Holton Buggs I came to know that he had a lawsuit against him by Amerisciences.

The jury found liability on the below claims on Holton Buggs…

  • Misappropriation of a trade secret by Holton Buggs along with Cocheu and Organo.
  • Tortious interference by Cocheu, Organo, and Buggs with the contracts between AmeriSciences and its distributors.
  • Aiding and abetting a breach of fiduciary duty by Organo and Buggs.
  • Unjust enrichment of Organo and Buggs through receipt of the distributor list

This is not good news at all and you can read more details about the case here.

Also, I came to know that Holton Buggs was involved in promoting a cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme. You can read the details on it here.

You can read some complaints on iBuumerang here.

Very Expensive Membership Plans

The total cost for one year with iBuumerang is as follows…

  • Coach Class – $849.40
  • Business Class – $1699.40
  • First Class  – $2199.40

Oops! it’s a lot of money and I am not sure how many can afford it but the sad thing is you Need To Sign Up For Their Highest Membership Package To Earn More Commission.

So to avail of all the benefits you need to sign up for their first class, which will cost you $2199.40 for one year.

No Income Disclosure Statement

I am not able to find iBuumerang income disclosure statement. You might be aware that IDS provides loads of information and will give us a clear idea of how many people are making money and losing money with the company. Unfortunately, we are not able to find the iBuumerang IDS.

However, the success rate with most of the MLM’s is very less (more on this later).

It’s Really Hard To Promote MLM Products

To be honest, what do you think when one of your friends promotes an MLM product for you?

I am not saying all MLM’s are scams and there are genuine companies as well. However, people think all MLM’s are scams and it’s really hard to promote MLM company’s product.

To Earn More You Need To Recruit More

Your success or in order to make more money you need to build a team and not only that they need to work actively.

Based on my experience this is really challenging. Even though you work hard in order to earn more, you need your team’s support.

MLM’s Have Low Success Rate

Often people on the top ladder or who joined the company in the beginning stage make more money.

Also, there are studies and stats showing that MLM’s have a low success rate.

Is iBuumerang A Scam? - Success Rate Is Very Low With MLM Business Model

Among the 26% of people who made money nearly 14% made less than $420 a month (less than $5000 per year). So you can see a very less number of people make money via the MLM business model.

For more information, you can read my post “Network Marketing vs Affiliate Marketing – Pros And Cons“.

Whatever you decide, I wish you all the very best!

Thanks for reading my review post!

If you are interested to learn about Affiliate Marketing from scratch, I can help you.

  • No need to go out looking for prospects
  • No need to bother your friends and family members
  • No need to talk to people
  • No face to face selling
  • No upline pressure
  • No Monthly Auto Shipment
  • No need to achieve your targets to qualify for the commissions
  • No need to make a big investment
  • No need to buy the products
  • No need to attend meetings and bring people to the meetings
  • No need to arrange for a home party to generate or sell your products

In my opinion, it is best to invest your time, effort, and money in building your Affiliate Marketing business. The good news is that it will cost you a lot less than iBuumerang.

  1. Thanks for writing an extensive review of iBuumerang. My Facebook friend just asked me to join their platform, but I’m skeptical due to no income disclosure. Most of the reviews that I found (including yours) is negative, and the positive one seems to be a ‘paid review’. I think MLM business isn’t really suitable for me too, so I won’t sign up on their platform. Thanks.

    • Thanks for your comment! I am also not a big fan of the MLM business model and I am happy that you found some helpful insights in my review that helped you in making your decision.

  2. Thanks for sharing this review. I’ve never really been a big fan of MLM as most of them I’ve seen so far seem to depend upon you recruiting others to make any money and many of them don’t actually offer much in themselves. But this seems not too bad if you’re into the travel niche.

    • True! Instead of focusing on the product or service many MLMs focus too much on recruiting and it’s a big red flag. Making money with the MLM business model is very challenging and the stats say a lot of people lose their money instead of earning money.

  3. Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review on iBuumerang! I am glad to know they aren’t a scam but it was pretty sobering to read through the numbers you included of what the total cost per year would be at each compensation level, and to realize that in order to make any real profit I would first have to shell out over $2,000 really made me think. I really appreciate that you take an overall unbiased approach to your review, I think I may check out iBummerang, but as a customer rather than as a distributor for their business!

I am very curious, how did you first learn about affiliate marketing? How long has it been your primary income? How did you know that affiliate marketing was right for you?

    • I came across affiliate marketing in 2009 via an advertisement. However, the person said I need to build a website and I was afraid of it thinking building a website is rocket science. Finally, I decided to try it in 2016 with the help of a great training platform.

I have tried a few MLM business opportunities. To be honest, I lost money and some friends. I am not saying all the MLM’s are scams or under-delivers there are genuine ones as well.

      Since December 2017 I am a full-time affiliate marketer.

Since I tried both MLM and Affiliate Marketing the results helped me to decide which is the best.

Well investigated and well structured with plenty of advice. As someone who is new to online marketing I find your article especially welcoming, lots of bad stuff out there that someone like me can fall prey to.

It’s great to get advice prom someone who knows the online scene. Not only do you offer all the pros and cons you also offer another option to the reader. Well done, good work.

  5. I must confess that I had never heard of ibuumerang before coming here and reading this review and I can tell that your review here is genuine and unbiased, however I will have to admit that even though I want to earn some extra cash, I am not a fan MLMs and I also agree with you about the pricing of this particular platform it is a little expensive and as you wouldn’t recommend it, I don’t think I will need to be looking any further into it, so thank you for sharing this review, take care and keep up the good work.

    • Indeed, the membership fee is quite expensive as I mentioned in the review if you calculate the cost for one year it’s a lot of money. I tried a few MLM business opportunity and learned a lot of things. I am also not a fan of MLM. Thanks for your time.
