No, Client Boom is not a scam. They do offer the app to mine decision maker’s email address from LinkedIn and they also provide you helpful training. Also, you have a 14-day money-back guarantee.
If you are a newbie, may I ask…
What you are going to offer and provide to your new clients?
If you don’t have any service to offer or you are just starting your online career I won’t recommend Client Boom although they claim you can try Client Boom even if you don’t have any product to sell.
Also, they claim that getting the email address from LinkedIn abides with the CAN-SPAM Act and EU GDPR still it’s a big concern for me.
They are also saying we can sell those data… Howcome, we can sell other’s data without their permission and I am not sure and comfortable with it.
Client Boom is for Consultants and not for everyone.
I personally believe you need experience in the service you are offering to your clients because when you get new clients for sure he/she will be interested to see your previous work or your expertise in your field. Am I correct?

Client Boom is something I hadn’t heard about until now so I find your post to be very useful. I see that this product is really new, having launched less than a week ago. To be honest, I stopped using Linkedin some time ago, as I don’t really believe in the philosophy “it’s not what you know it’s who you know”. I think more and more we are becoming a society of small cults, especially when it comes to the work environment. With Client Boom, I see there are lots of bells and whistles, bells and whistles that come with some upsells, which I pretty much never like to see. I think I will be steering clear of Client Boom thanks to your post. Affiliate marketing is a much better choice, I agree, and you can’t go wrong with Wealthy Affiliate, great post!

I am with you in questioning the legality of collecting email addresses without the permission and consent of the owners. I am also questioning how effective this method would be since, in my opinion, it sounds a lot like cold calling, except using email.
Chances are company decision makers are already used to receiving calls, emails, and even texts with offers to try a new service. Unless you are a step above the rest, I am doubtful this method will have any success.
