In many cases, after answering many questions I get a message “you are not qualified for this survey you can take the next survey”, also I will take the next survey after answering few questions again it will inform that I am not qualified, many times I have nearly spent 30 minutes without qualifying for one survey keep on taking many surveys Oops.

To be honest, there is no specific training given or there is no, one to one training, etc, but it’s just about taking surveys, completing offers, clicking ads, etc which is really easy. The site is user friendly. They have a “Quickstart guide for new users” in which they explain the ways to earn money with them.
They have the FAQ help guide providing detailed information for your basic doubts and queries.
Superpay.me Support
They have a special feature called Shoutbox – By using shoutbox you can ask your doubts and queries. Shoutbox moderators are volunteers whose main responsibility is to moderate the shoutbox, they can provide general advice and tips on how the site works, but if you require account assistance then you should raise a support ticket. In general, the support is good.

Always free to use. The best thing is, it’s free to join and you don’t need to upgrade or go for any premium plans, etc, they just have the free membership.

My Final Opinion of Superpay.me
Superpay.me is a legit program it’s not a scam and they pay their members. So you can earn money with Superpay.me but it’s very low and slow. In order to make more money with superpay.me you need to have more referrals and the main thing is they need to be active.
With Superpay.me it’s really hard to earn a reasonable and consistent income. As a newbie it’s not possible to make it as a second source of income better you can utilize your valuable time in programs like Wealthy Affiliate, In which I am earning a reasonable amount and already helping and guiding many like you.
