Your learning capacity is not fixed.
You can drastically improve your life if you expand your ability to learn.
First, we create our habits then our habits create us back. The most successful individuals create empowering habits.

- Remember your dreams
- Organize/make your bed
- Brush your teeth with the opposite hand (jugglers have a bigger brain)
- Take a cold shower
- Make brain tea
- Journaling To do list and also a not-to-do list (3 things to accomplish on personal and professional on that day)
- Brainpower smoothie – Avacado, blueberries, broccoli, and coconut oil and eggs, green leafy vegetables, salmon, turmeric, walnuts, dark chocolates (organic) very good for the brain
- Read – Leaders are readers
- Mindfulness practice (Exercise, meditation, and brain optimization)
The number function of the brain is to control our body movements.
Because that they’re geniuses that they keep journals or is because they’re writing and reflecting, and journaling that makes them geniuses.
How you do anything is how you do everything

- Brain diet – Head (food)
- Killing ANT’s (Automatic Negative thoughts) – Nose (ANT’S coming out of the nose)
- Exercise – Mouth (mouth doing exercise)
- Brain Nutrition – Ears (nutrition coming out of the ears)
- Positive peer group – Throat (positive people)
- Clean environment – Shoulders (people cleaning)
- Sleep – Collar (people sleeping)
- Brain protection – Fingers (Helmet)
- New Learning – Stomach (Books)
- Stress management – Legs (Meditation, yoga, etc)
This method of learning or remembering is called the LOCI method 2500-year-old
One of the keys to a greater memory is understanding the power of lo9cation and how space helps us store information.
If the content is king then context is the kingdom. (context gives you the content)
Information + Emotion = Long-Term Memory

S – Say the person’s name (Say the name and say it’s nice to meet you)
U – Use the name. (Don’t overuse it abuse)
A – Ask (Meaning, how you spell it, where it came, the reason behind naming it)
V – Visualize (Turn the name into a picture)
E – End (Ending the conversation using their name)
